Blue Life Nitrate FX is a resin-based solution that actively removes nitrates from both freshwater and saltwater aquariums, helping control algae and extend maintenance intervals. A 250 ml dose eliminates up to 100 ppm of nitrate in 125 gallons, with effectiveness maximized through extended water contact—ideal when used in a reactor or pressurized canister. The resin is regenerable using the Blue Life Regen FX kit, allowing multiple uses before replacement. Regeneration involves dissolving the kit in room-temperature water, soaking the resin for at least one hour (overnight recommended), then rinsing thoroughly before reuse. Avoid bleach during regeneration, as it damages the resin and risks harming aquarium life.
