Pickup Timeframe
- Pickup Window: Customers have up to 5 working days to pick up their livestock orders from the date of purchase.
- Working Days: For the purpose of this policy, working days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Notifications
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with details of your purchase and the pickup window.
- Reminder: A reminder email will be sent on the 3rd working day to ensure you are aware of the pickup deadline.
Extensions
- Requesting an Extension: If you are unable to pick up your livestock within the 5 working day window, you must contact us before the deadline to request an extension. Extensions will be granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to availability and the health of the livestock.
Failure to Pick Up
- Non-Pickup Consequences: If you do not pick up your order within the 5 working day window and have not arranged for an extension, your order will be canceled. A restocking fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted from your refund to cover the care and maintenance of the livestock during this period.
- Communication: We will make every effort to contact you before canceling your order. Please ensure your contact details are up to date.
Health and Safety
- Livestock Care: Our team is dedicated to the health and safety of all our livestock. Orders are prepared and held under optimal conditions until pickup to ensure the animals remain healthy and stress-free.
- Inspection on Pickup: We encourage customers to inspect their livestock at the time of pickup. Our staff will be available to answer any questions and provide care instructions.
