WE PACK AND SHIP ALL OUR LIVESTOCK FROM MONDAY TO TUESDAY.
OUR LIVESTOCK REFUND POLICY
The majority of our livestock products are all individually photographed and listed on our site as WYSIWYG, therefore all purchases are final. Our website instantly removes a product once it’s sold which does not allow other customers to purchase. In the event that an order is requested to be canceled we can offer you a 100% refund in the event of these terms being met and are subject to our discretion.
Our live coral guarantee is void if:
No one is present to receive the consignment at the time of delivery and the consignment is left unattended at the destination.
The livestock are not held at the delivery address and/or are on-sold or transferred to another person.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We require a photo or photos of any damaged goods to verify and improve our service.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on livestock due to its nature.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
