Shipping policy
Our DOA Policy:
WE PACK AND SHIP ALL OUR LIVESTOCK FROM MONDAY TO TUESDAY. If parcels are mis-managed by the courier or held up in transit, we cannot guarantee the health and safety of the livestock and therefore cannot except any claims.
Claims must be accompanied with an accurate photo of the coral in the original sealed bag(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable. If we cannot replace the item which is always our first priority, we will offer a refund on the item.
Please e-mail your photograph and details of your claim on the day of your stock arriving to info@thecoralshop.com.au so that we can process a replacement or refund of the purchase.
Our live coral guarantee is void if:
No-one is present to receive the consignment at time of delivery and the consignment is left unattended at the destination.
The livestock are not held at the delivery address and/or are on-sold or transferred to another person.
WE DO OFFER EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT AND SOUTH AUSTRALIA WHICH IS 1-3 DAYS FROM $42- $55 VIA STARTRACK PREMIUM SERVICE & ARAMEX PRIORITY. We NO longer ship livestock via road freight to W.A. N.T. AND TASMANIA.
