OUR LIVESTOCK REFUND POLICY
The majority of our livestock products are all individually photographed and listed on our site as WYSIWYG, therefore all purchases are final. Our website instantly removes a product once it’s sold which does not allow other customers to purchase. In the event that an order is requested to be cancelled we can offer you 100% refund in the event of these terms being met and are subject to our discretion.
OUR DOA POLICY
StarTrack Premium Flat Rate Shipping offers a live delivery guarantee for all orders received within 24 hours of dispatch. If parcels are mis-managed by the courier or held in transit, we cannot guarantee the health and safety of the livestock and therefore cannot except any claims.
Claims must be accompanied with an accurate photo of the coral in the original sealed bag(s). Delivery costs are non-refundable. If we cannot replace the item which is always our first priority, we will offer a refund on the item.
Please e-mail your photograph and details of your claim on the day of your stock arriving to email@example.com so that we can process a replacement or refund of the purchase.
